The film focuses on Ingo Lenssen's investigations in connection with a dubious organ dealer.[3] Nine-year-old “Mücke”, the son of former colleague Tekin Kurtuluş and Lenssen's godchild, is hit by a car and his life is in danger. As Tekin threatens the driver of the car with retaliation and he is injured in an attack shortly afterwards, the ex-investigator comes under suspicion. In order to exonerate their former colleague, Ingo Lenßen and his colleagues begin an unauthorized investigation[4].
