An Amorous Woman of Tang Dynasty

A young man enters the Rome Metro with a friend, where they notice a woman who has just left the restroom with her dress accidentally tucked into her panties. They tell her about her inadvertent exposure, after which one of the boys boards a train, leaving his besotted friend standing on the platform - totally smitten with the lovely young lady. The two are waiting on opposite platforms, where they await the last train. The young man proclaims his love at first sight - telling her she's the most beautiful woman he's ever seen. Obviously flattered, the woman reciprocates in a way the young man will never forget...

After a relaxing anniversary cruise, Andrea and his wife Barbara are dropped off in Istanbul, Turkey. There, they meet Andrea’s reserved assistant Silvia and his Turkish colleague Omar, who hasn’t been back to his home country in fifteen years. Andrea’s secretary has arranged a luxurious seafront villa for them to stay in while they’re in the country. Upon arriving at the villa, Omar experiences an unsettling feeling of déjà vu, as though he has been in the house before, while the married couple can’t stop bickering. However, the vacation soon turns into a nightmare when mysterious and deadly events begin to unfold.

Dina works as a journalist for the national television station. The stories she is asked to report on are becoming increasingly absurd and full of praise for the government. Her love life is limited to a few secret meetings with her married camera­man. Dina looks after her young sis­ter, a lesbian activist, who regularly finds herself in trouble with the au­thorities.

In 1943, while the Allies are bombing Berlin and the Gestapo is purging the capital of Jews, a dangerous love affair blossoms between two women – one a Jewish member of the underground, the other an exemplar of Nazi motherhood.

After a young heiress is assaulted by a policeman, she seeks revenge by befriending the policeman’s mousy wife and introducing her to her circle of outrageous punk friends.
