They were the first Japanese female students to study overseas at their government's expense. 11 years after studying in the United States, Tsuda Umeko returns to Japan. It has been 100 years since the Battle of Sekigahara. The Nagatsuno domain and Koyama domain at the southern edge of Tohoku have been at odds for a long time. Soya Danjo , the Nagatsuno domain’s chief retainer, keeps invading and plundering the Koyama domain. His deeds trouble his sister Akane. One day, a young boy from the Koyama domain is covered with injuries after being attacked by an unknown monster. He escapes to a Nagatsuno village and is brought to Akane by the wandering samurai Sakakida Soei. The approaching monster strikes fear. Together with Sakakida and painter Kikuchi Enshu, Akane musters wit and courage to fight against the monster and uncover the mystery of its birth in order to protect her people.

Kojiro Himuro is a champion figure skater taking part in an upcoming world competition. Yet, he is suffering from a complicated CTEPH (chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension). Kantaro Kurosu is the director of the Cross Medical Center. He asks Michiko Daimon to perform surgery on Kojiro, but, right before his surgery, she is deprived of “the most important weapon as a surgeon.”

Hitoshi Nagano, who works at an electronics store, picks up a cellphone left behind by a customer and goes about a scam. He calls the person's mother and pretends to be her son. He then gets the mother to transfer money to his bank account. Soon, Hitoshi gets a lot more than he bargained for.

Set 2 years after prior film "Bayside Shakedown 3: Set the Guys Loose," a major case occurs that has the potential to take down the entire police organization. For the next 3 days, Shunsaku Aoshima and his colleagues struggle to unravel the case...
