Turkey in the 1960s and 1970s was one of the biggest producers of film in the world. In order to keep up with the demand, screenwriters and directors were copying scripts and remaking movies from all over the world. This documentary visits the fastest working directors, the most practical cameramen and the most hardheaded actors to have a closer look into the country's tumultuous history of movie making.

A young woman whose husband works as a laborer in Saudi Arabia returns home to find her daughter Ceylan missing. The woman suffers a great shock and loses her mind. Ceylan has been kidnapped by a young couple who work as cleaners and have no children of their own. Their goal is to extort money from their wealthy grandmothers, who live for the love of their grandchildren. The son-in-law, who had been ostracized by his mother-in-law due to his gambling addiction, manages to salvage his situation thanks to the child he kidnapped. The elderly woman, overjoyed at the prospect of having a grandchild, opens her home to her daughter and son-in-law. Years pass, and the young woman, who has lost her mind, goes to work at a wealthy estate. There, she encounters her daughter Ayşe. However, they do not recognize each other. Ayşe finds the closeness she could not find with her stepmother, whom she believed to be her real mother, in the cleaning woman.

Ümit, who lives in a poor neighborhood, makes a living by singing on the streets. One day, at his son's circumcision ceremony, he runs into his wife Necla, whom he separated from years ago. The couple separated years ago due to a misunderstanding. Ümit is still angry with his wife. Necla, however, decides to seek custody of their son, Murat. With her father's help, she wins the custody case. Murat takes the opportunity to run away to his father's side. However, Necla's fiancé sets a trap to put an end to the situation and has Ümit sent to prison.

Gökhan wants to be a singer. His brother Temel strives to become a soccer player. However, their father Mahmut expects his sons to become engineers and take over the factory. The two brothers cannot tell their father the truth about their lives because they are afraid of him. They deceive their father with various lies. At the same time, they are constantly competing with each other. The fact that both brothers' girlfriends become pregnant changes the course of events. When Mahmut learns the truth about his sons' lives, things become even more complicated.

The film tells the story of a man whose life changes because of his brother's mistakes. Orhan is a car mechanic. Orhan, who wants to help his brother Hakan start a business, takes on a large amount of debt. Hakan, who wants to get rich quickly, ruins the business. As a result, Orhan goes to work outside the city to pay off the debt. Meanwhile, a relationship begins between Hakan and Pınar, whom Orhan loves but cannot confess his feelings to. When Orhan returns, even bigger problems await him that need to be resolved.

Ferdi's father Yakup is cheating on his wife with Şükran, who lives in the city. Şükran, who has a child with Yakup, wants him to divorce his wife Elvan. Yakup then divorces Elvan. Ferdi wants to stay with his mother. Yakup, separated from his wife and child, returns to Şükran's side, tormented by guilt, but dies in a traffic accident. Şükran had already arranged everything before Yakup's death and seized all of his wealth. However, Şükran's cruelty toward Ferdi and his mother does not end there.

The film tells the story of the difficulties faced by two young people who are in love with each other.

Fatih Sultan Mehmet learns that Mora is without a leader. Chaos has broken out in Mora. Rum Kani Pasha blames the grand vizier for this chaos. As Agha despises Ferdi, he endures every insult and hardship for his love. Realizing that he cannot be with İpek while he's poor, there is only one way left for the young man to realize his dreams: to go to Istanbul.

The fabricator Rasim forbids his daughter Nevin to make friends with Ahmet, the son of the laundry woman who works for him. When his old mother fails to work hard and die more, Ahmet is left alone. It grows with its beautiful voice and love of music. Their friendships and love with Nevin are also with them.
