A new documentary film revisits the golden age of kung fu stuntmen and action directors in Hong Kong during the 1960s-'80s, exploring their pain and struggles. The documentary is a tribute to kung fu stuntmen. “They risked their lives for stunts,” said kung fu choreographer Yuen Bin. In their heyday, these stuntmen and choreographers presented the best, most creative and most complicated kung fu fight sequences anywhere in the world, creating stunts that looked seemingly impossible.

Kwok Ching is a soon-to-retire television weatherman who really has long aspired to be a news anchor. At home, he's single-handedly brought up three children, but they are fed up with him meddling in their lives. His eldest daughter Mei Mei is a successful lawyer, and married to househusband Yao Ming. Tomboyish second daughter Ching Ching manages a supermarket and is in love with sissy promoter Lok Yi Nga. The youngest son Fu Shing is an otaku enamored with beautiful starlet Vivian and he unwittingly becomes the romantic rival of billionaire Roberto. Meanwhile, struck by the shocking news of the world's impending doom, Kwok Ching is determined that he must reunite his family before it's too late...

After Lam Luk proposed to his girlfriend (Fiona Sit), his future father-in-law (Eric Tsang) stipulated that he will allow the marriage only if Lam Luk can come up with $500,000 for the downpayment of their future apartment. The three friends must now do everything they can to come up with the money ….

Ousted chef Wong Bing-Yi is determined to help Shen Qing at her restaurant "Four Seas". He trains a young chef, Lung Kin-Yat to compete against Chef Tin, the head chef at "Imperial Palace", for the title of "Top Chef".

Mr. Ho, "King of Gambling", got rich by gambling and is the leader of the Hong Kong Mahjong industry in the 1950's. He has three wives, two sons and one daughter. On the surface, the wives appear to be living in harmony but they actually compete against each other for the family's wealth. Since all three know Kung Fu, they sometimes have a martial arts showdown during dinner! Their fighting intensifies when Mr. Ho brings his love child, Ah Fai back home. Mr. Ho loves him very much, but his wives and other sons want him gone. Mr. Ho knows he is getting old, so he suggests that each of his sons to manages a Mahjong club for a period of time. Whichever one can get the best results will be the heir to his fortune.

Kung Fu Scholar is a comedy action starring Dicky Cheung. He wants to learn kung-fu, but his mother wants him to go to school. After losing a game with his mother, he's forced to attend school. Liu Sin-Hoi (Aaron Kwok) also attends the same school. The school's headmaster (Mau Tat) has a niece Ching Ching (Chow Wai Man) who's also been dropped off at the school by her parents. School has many regulations: One being you cannot court a woman. But guess what, it's love at first sight for Man Chui (Dicky Cheung) when he sees Ching Ching. There's a band of henchmen after prince eight, and Man Chui and Sin-Hoi gets entangled in their affairs.
