Highly satirical and personal show about remembering not only to survive but also to live while surviving. Including bizarre detours to everything from sumo wrestling nets, Glyngøre hand sanitizer, press, politics, percentages, privilege blindness and other things with a ‘p’. And of course everything that lands on the shelf ‘The heated polo match between the sexes’.

'The Street Party' is an animated comedy for the whole family. The story is about the 10 year old kid, Mugge, who's parents are about to get a divorce. To recreate the balance and harmony that the adults are about to smash, the always optimistic and indomitable Mugge decides to put together the best street party ever - and in that way bring his mom and dad together again.

Jan Gintberg added the following short statement about the show and the title: "I thought I had made it clear! But someone has obviously misunderstood me! I'm going to save the world. Not fucking save it! Our sun will burn out in 4 billion years and already in 1000 years, physicist Stephen Hawking believes that we can no longer inhabit our planet. The festival toilet is, so to speak, filling up to the brim. But until then, the world deserves one last laugh-out-loud comic insight. To have the outer layers combed and coiffed. To be made nice and presentable before we pull the pin. ‘Gintberg saves the world’... That's what I've always said... so listen up!"

Why are we here? What do we really want? And why didn't Moses come down from the mountain with 10 good questions instead of commandments? Gintberg's almost stupid childlike curiosity is the focal point of his new wondering stand-up show, which toured across the country in 2015. With a big questioning ¿Q¿ in the ascendant, Jan Gintberg will, in his usual quirky and sensitive style, lead the audience through a wonderful comedy purée of topicality, gender struggle, childhood, philosophical brain food, bizarre observations and probably some improvisation.

You are, of course, invited when TV 2 ZULU celebrates the Danish comedy industry with a huge party at the Opera House. Rune Klan is the host, who will use every means possible to create an evening filled with surprises big and small, stand-up comedy, magic, and lots of fun—and we are quite sure that it will be a success. Two of the evening's highlights are the presentation of the awards for 'Talent of the Year' and the prestigious 'Comedian of the Year', with this year's nominees being: Jonatan Spang, Sofie Hagen, Ruben Søltoft, and Simon Talbot.

Get ready to laugh your ass off and roll on the floor as Jan slams culture and the zeitgeist. He deals out blows left and right, not shying away from awarding himself a well-aimed uppercut. The tone may be raw, but it's constantly tempered by his characteristic self-deprecating humor. Experience our everyman Gintberg more honest, more direct and more raw than ever in this top-tuned, high-energy cascade of sharp jokes.
