
Nilüfer Aydan was born in Istanbul in 1940. She left middle school to work in a film company, married at 16 and soon found herself in the USA, dancing in nightclubs. Her film career began in 1958, back in Turkey, and she went on to perform in almost 40 productions during the 1960s.

Three sociology students go to a remote village to investigate an exorcism ritual that resulted in the death of a young girl named Perihan years ago. Sabit sees Zerrin Öz, once a sex symbol at the film company, and becomes obsessed with her. He stalks her obsessively, constantly watching her and calling her on the phone.
