Luis Ortega's apocalyptic third feature follows a group of five survivors as they embark on a journey that will force them to face their fears, dreams and longings in their quest for salvation across the Fijman River.

Julieta and Federico are parents of three boys, it is a high class family. He is a successful architect. They receive the visit of Tito, uncle of Federico, a gray man who has just left the prison. Tito wants to go to the sea and Federico proposes to go to a house that he himself built for some friends, but Federico stays in the city, working.

A hot summer in a small town. The lives of many characters intertwine as a Preacher comes to town to give them hope.

Making of documentary

Amalia is an adolescent girl who is caught in the throes of her emerging sexuality and her deeply held passion for her Catholic faith. These two drives mingle when the visiting Dr. Jano takes advantage of a crowd to get inappropriately close to the girl. Repulsed by him but inspired by an inner burning, Amalia decides it is her God-given mission to save the doctor from his behavior, and she begins to stalk Dr. Jano, becoming a most unusual voyeur.

In a dystopian society, a government uses therapy and dreams to recover, or perhaps implant, memories to those lacking them.
