Over the past four decades, Illinois rockers Cheap Trick have released 16 studio albums, sold more than 20 million units, played over 5,000 concerts, and inspired countless artists throughout multiple generations. 1979's Cheap Trick at Budokan launched the band into international stardom and brought their overseas success home to the United States.

Well known for their four decades of almost non-stop touring and new music, the group combines their famous power pop and melodic sounds as they rock out in this special concert. Seventeen studio albums under their belt make for so many great songs including favorites like 'Surrender,' 'Dream Police' and 'I Want You to Want Me.' Spanning the incredible 35-plus-year career of pop rock legends Cheap Trick, this music video anthology features 18 of the band's biggest songs, including their 1988 smash hit, "The Flame." Chronicling just about every career up and down, this program's highlights include "Can't Stop Falling in Love," "Wherever Would I Be," "Never Had a Lot to Lose," "I Can't Take It," "If You Want My Love," "I Want You to Want Me" and "Ain't That a Shame."

Cheap Trick found early success in Japan, and capitalized on this popularity by recording Cheap Trick at Budokan in Tokyo on April 28 and 30, 1978, with an audience of 12,000 screaming Japanese fans nearly drowning out the band at times. The filmed concert had originally been shown on Japanese TV, and was not previously commercially until the 30th Anniversary Edition, Budokan! was released on November 11, 2008.
