Sekali Lagi tells story of Arman (Shaheizy Sam) a man with autism who comes across a little girl, Amy, as snatch thieves almost rob him. Amy is a little girl who is smart and independent therefore Arman frequently spends time with Amy, which in turn enables Arman to be more independent. Things take another twist when Arman meets Amy’s mother Sheila (Lisa Surihani), and Sheila soon finds that she’s torn between her boyfriend Faris (Bront Palarae) and the sweet Arman (Shaheizy Sam), with whom her daughter has formed a bond with.

It tells the story of three siblings namely Jep, Shuib and Mamat who lost their parents. Yet despite the absence of the parents, they are left with a secret will. They live life like ordinary village teenagers. It is difficult and easy to go through together until the time when the will can be read by them. Apparently, the three siblings will get a lot of property left by their parents but they must comply with the conditions set through the will. They have to go to town to find someone.

They move to Kuala Lumpur in hopes of a better life, but Putra and Johanna inevitably grow up to be street kids, tough and full of conflict. They live hand to mouth, but at the same time their poverty does not stop them from having strong friendships and at times, to enjoy their youth.
