Milan Veber, a 40-year-old unemployed art teacher, has long been jobless and close to penniless. Just when he is about to open a can of beef stew, he looks through the window and sees a bull in the street. A bull that has just escaped from the slaughterhouse.

During his vacation, Piksi finds his brother's cassettes in the basement and spends three days listening to rock music, which changes his life. He decides to start his own punk rock band. The band consists of Piksi (electric guitar), Pejo (bass guitar), Sani (drums), and Edi (vocals). At first, they called themselves Avtsajders, then Ilegalci. Their idol is Johny Thunders. Piksi's father spends all his time lying in front of the television.
