Born James Henry Miller in 1915, MacColl became prominent on the folk scene in the 1950s and was also a labour activist and actor. This affectionate documentary offers insights into all these aspects of his life and features new versions of some of his songs, including The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face. Contributors include Billy Bragg and his widow, Peggy Seeger.

This tribute to Rikki Fulton, the Scottish comedian who retired in 1996, includes footage of all his most famous comedy creations, including the Reverend I.M. Jolly and Supercop. Also included are clips of Rikki's dramatic roles in 'Tales of Para Handy' and 'Gorky Park', plus interviews with the man himself and colleagues such as Gregor Fisher.

When Dorset postman Clive Peacock is forced into early retirement, the years ahead look bleak.
