Hıdır, who earns his living as a truck driver, meets Cemile by chance. Cemile is the daughter of a wealthy family from Diyarbakır. The friendship that begins between them quickly turns into love. However, it is impossible for them to be together because Cemile is engaged to someone else.

Mahir and Gülsen's daughter Çiğdem and Basri's son Uğur are married and expecting a child. They invite their families over for dinner to share the good news. After dinner, Çiğdem and Uğur announce the news, and everyone is happy except Mahir. Gülsen wants to bring Çiğdem to their home to take care of her during her pregnancy, but Mahir objects.
