However, Ejder's life in Germany is shaken by the death of his father. Upon returning to his hometown of Dalaman Şerefler Village, Ejder encounters the million-dollar living spaces created by both locals and foreigners in the village and decides to use his expertise in funeral services to make money. Tas (Rock) is a film that presents a cross-section of the life of a family living a hard life in the countryside. Yalçın and Bahadır are two close friends with contrasting personalities. However, Yalçın's unexpected death painfully separates the two friends. One day, Bahadır, who misses Yalçın's crazy antics, hears a knock on his door. He finds himself face to face with the ghost of his crazy friend Yalçın, whose death he mourns deeply! In a small village, young Mert is about to get traditionally circumcised, but the family does not have the money to follow up with the circumcision celebration. The family wants to be able to serve lamb meat to the guests at the celebration. Mert’s older sister scares him that if they cannot afford a lamb the father will slaughter him instead.
