
Liu Chungliang (Commonly credited as John Liu) is a Taiwanese actor and martial artist. He mostly appeared in low-budget Taiwanese action/martial art movies and never appeared in the higher budget Hong Kong martial arts movies from the Shaw Brothers and Golden Harvest. A sound technician's pregnant wife is brutally murdered while witnessing a kidnapping in broad daylight. Dressing as a white ninja, he takes to the streets as a sword-wielding vigilante hell bent on cleaning up the streets of New York City.

What Shao doesn't realize, however, is that the true villain is subtly manipulating both the martial artists behind the scenes, hoping to force them into a confrontation and have the dirty work done for him.
