The story of a Thai-Chinese couple Yong and Ngak who's been together for 7 years. Yong is a salesman while his wife Ngak is just nothing but boring and old. There're many times that Yong thinks of breaking up, but he swore to his grandfather that he will never leave Ngak or else his life will face bad luck. Later, there is a twist in his marriage life as Yong may has to break the word that he promised to his dead grandfather.

Set in between two high schools, the students and teachers always fight and compete. They couldn't build the friendship among each other, so the teachers gather the students to play music. It's like a miracle when music can heal the conflict of the two high schools, and they finally endorse the friendship.

The beautiful little village called Chuan Fan is undergoing a lively rural development program involving all aspects of village life and many folk practices relating to Buddhism. The two rural development specialists who arrive on the scene to help with modern health plans are well receives by the locals, except for the very conservative Chief of the village, who fears the young men from the city are after his overprotected daughters.
