Aldo and Vittorio are two men suffering from disabilities. One is blind, the other is forced to a wheelchair. Vittorio one day by chance meets Aldo in the hospice and invites him to take a pleasure trip to Sanremo in Liguria. In fact Vittorio, though blind, is a cheat who’s in trouble.

Giannino Stoppani, called Gian Burrasca, is a boy who loves bad taste jokes. A series of actions will lead him to be detested by everyone except his mother.

Pippo Caciotta is an actor looking for a role. His manager wants to renew his repertoire. Caciotta then, with the help of the brother Poldo and a camera, go around the city to find new ideas.

But at one point he is involved with the kidnapping of a woman.
