It is very difficult to follow the plot, but a guess is that a hospital (the 'Clinique des Ormeaux') is supplying young female patients to be kidnapped into prostitution, sampling the goods before they go.

Sandra’s twin sister is dead. Both sisters were not in touch for quite a long time; mainly because they were so different: to make it simple, Sandra was the Good girl, and her sister the Bad one.
