Accompanied by her three children and her husband, Marina pays a visit to her sister Ioana to tell her she is pregnant again, but this time the pregnancy is not an ordinary one. She went to the doctor for the medical investigations and there is one thing and only one which is not right... What decision will she make?

An ordinary day in Romania. Under a highway exit close to Bucharest, Lidia and Denisa are changing their clothes; warm pullovers and sneakers are exchanged for tight tops and heels. The two are then waiting for clients, an icy wind gusting around their ears.

Toma and Ana meet as students in the literature faculty, and quickly fall in love. But, because of Ana's mental illness, their relationship slowly collapses.
