Parallel stories of two siblings. One follows a marine biologist searching for a mythical sea creature in Costa Rica, who perhaps has dark intentions. The other follows her shipwrecked older brother who is saved by a Costa Rican fisherman who believes he has found his new son.

Gonzalo has decided to die, but before leaving he calls his son Jorge for a final movie night. There, father and son will discover the simple things they kept hidden for many years.

Christian and Antonio have been inseparable since their youth, bound by a deep friendship that hides something more.
