NOAH The New Year 2025 kicked off Pro Wrestling NOAH’s calendar on January 1, 2025 at the prestigious Tokyo Ariake Arena in Tokyo, Japan, delivering a stacked card that blended heavyweight rivalries, junior division speed, and faction warfare to set the tone for the year. In the Main Event, Kaito Kiyomiya defended the GHC Heavyweight Championship against the breakout star of Team 2000X OZAWA. Naomichi Marufuji & Takashi Sugiura defended the GHC Tag Team Championships against Jack Morris and a surprise participant. Also, WWE's Shinsuke Nakamura battled Ulka Sasaki.

Pro Wrestling NOAH returns to the illustrious Nippon Budokan for NOAH THE NEW YEAR 2022.

In 2019, Dragon Gate celebrated its 20th anniversary with many wrestlers who worked for Dragon Gate, returned to the company such as Takuya Sugawara, Shuji Kondo and most notably the founder of Toryumon Japan (which later became Dragon Gate), Último Dragón. In 2019, PAC became the first gaijin to take part in the main event of the Kobe Pro-Wrestling Festival event.
