"Efendiler" tells the story of three comedians who find themselves caught in unexpected events on an island while auditioning for actors.

Metin and Hande got married after a long period of dating, but divorced shortly thereafter. One day, their mothers surprise them by coming to their house. Since Hande's mother Leman has a heart condition, Hande and Metin had not told their families that they had divorced. When the families arrive, Hande calls Metin and tells him that their mothers are coming, and explains that they need to pretend they are still married while they are there.

Mehmet grows up without parents. All the villagers take care of him and send him to school. Mehmet becomes a doctor. He returns to his village. The villagers surprise him by setting up a health center. Mehmet cannot tell the villagers that he will be working at a hospital in Istanbul. He and his childhood friend Sefer make plans to get themselves kicked out of the village.

The friendship between Safa, who is in the twilight of his life, and Aylin, who is just beginning hers, begins to change Safa. Safa's children, who are struggling with life's problems, visit their neglected father, albeit reluctantly, and unwittingly find relief from their great troubles. However, his children continue to receive their share of Safa's series of surprises until the very end.

Since Gizem couldn't find a ticket to Izmir under any circumstances, Şenol says he will take the family on the road and also take his daughter to the job interview. And the family sets off on the road shortly, but they will encounter unexpected comical incidents along the way.

Kasım, an elderly man with a missing ear, is accused of killing his son-in-law. The police team is in for a long and rather interesting interrogation. For Kasım claims that his son-in-law was taken away by someone from the planet Anunnaki. As these claims are supported by certain developments, the interrogation becomes increasingly complex. Has Kasım truly eliminated his son-in-law, whom he disliked, or has everything unfolded as he described?

Unable to marry Keriman, the girl he loves, because he cannot make a living, Onur is forced to become the neighborhood headman when his uncle, the headman, becomes paralyzed. Although the locals are not happy with Onur as their muhtar, he and his friends do everything they can to stay in the position. Meanwhile, Onur takes Talat, a newcomer to the neighborhood, under his wing and tries to teach him about life.

Erkan lives in his village home with his only grandfather. He is devastated by his grandfather's death. His cousins want to sell the house immediately after his grandfather's death. They evict Erkan from the house through the courts. Erkan will do everything in his power to prevent the house from being sold. The new owner of the house, Demet, moves in. Erkan grows close to Demet, and they become lovers. Meanwhile, the cousins both put the house up for auction and try to ruin Erkan and Demet's relationship. Just as the house is about to be sold, Osman the grandfather reappears. He had not actually died; he had been playing a trick on his cousins. Osman the grandfather drives the cousins away and gives the house to Erkan and Demet.
