Mehmet grows up without parents. All the villagers take care of him and send him to school. Mehmet becomes a doctor. He returns to his village. After an unproductive year in a village in Kayseri, the young people of the village are devastated. The cold weather has damaged the fruit trees, and the rainless summer has reduced the harvest by more than half. Two young men from the village, Cemil and Osman, were thinking they wouldn't be able to marry their fiancées, Fatmagül and Şifa, when they heard that Ceylan, the daughter of Hüseyin, a Turkish immigrant in Germany, was coming to the village. Cemil and Osman made plans to marry Ceylan and move to Germany. However, there was another side to the coin—both of them were already engaged. The two make plans and pursue Ceylan, but Ceylan grows close to Erkin, an agricultural engineer working to improve the village's irrigation system. The village's water system is resolved, Ceylan does not go to Germany, and she makes a permanent return to her homeland.

Ayhan Varol, Turkey's best football player, missed the flight of a camp he was supposed to attend. While his manager, Sadi, was angry at this situation and was going to arrange a private plane for him, he said that he would catch up with his luxury car and took off. On his way out, he crashes into a tree and loses his memory to avoid hitting a cow that gets lost in his way.
