Choi King-Fai

This is an atypical police film from 1981 and an opportunity to see a younger Kent Cheng playing a policeman.

A simple story about an ordinary man trying to survive in our vicious world. All of us can relate to his ill-fortunes because more often than not, we too lose the job that we adamantly vied for or have our dream lover fall for someone else.

Li Ching plays one of three daughters, whose life is turned upside down when she discovers she is adopted. But things get even worse when she goes in search of her real mother. Finally, after almost a double tragedy, she realizes what so many knew all along: There's no place like home.
