Chairman of the Souryukai, Yukihiro Kawaji (Hitoshi Ozawa), is shielded by Executive Director Takeshi Kanzaki (Kazumi Matsuda), who takes a bullet and is severely injured. The Sakata family holds an emergency executive meeting, attended by Detective Umezawa (Hoka Kinoshita) from the Fourth Investigative Division, to deny any involvement. Meanwhile, at the Souryukai, Vice Chairman Shinji Wakamiya (Kazuyoshi Ozawa) and the others begin to prepare for retaliation against the Sakata family. The tension between both sides rapidly escalates— Following emergency surgery, Kanzaki narrowly escapes death. Then, at Kawaji’s command, the battle finally ignites—!!

Despite the peace efforts of Souryukai’s Senior Advisor Yudai Kanou (Yudai Ishiyama), the conflict between the Souryukai and Sakata family only intensifies. Led by Executive Director Takeshi Kanzaki (Kazumi Matsuda), the Souryukai is designated under the Anti-Boryokudan Law, prompting Umezawa (Hoka Kinoshita) from the Osaka Prefectural Police to conduct a raid. Upon receiving the news, the Daitoua Union demands a response from the Fourth-Generation Sakata family. Six years have passed since Tetsuo Sakuragi (Yasukaze Motomiya) became the Wakagashira of the Shimazu Clan. One day, Sakuragi becomes the target of an assassination attempt by Mamoru, the son of the disbanded Morita Clan's leader. Though Sakuragi is shot, his injuries are not life-threatening. Understanding Mamoru’s dire circumstances, Sakuragi chooses to let the matter slide. However, the incident throws the Shimazu Clan's headquarters into chaos. Determined to settle the score, Kaji storms the Matsuno Association, the group that inherited the Morita Clan’s remnants, but fails to locate Mamoru. Anzai-gumi boss, Anzai Takashi (Koichi Iwaki), visits a jazz club run by corporate affiliate Shin-kai Yuji (Hitoshi Ozawa) to hear pianist Namura Miyako’s (Ako) performance. Miyako, who had been supported by Anzai since her youth, harbors deep feelings for him. One day, Mishima (Masaki Nishimori) from the Nakahama-gumi visits the club with a woman and becomes infatuated with Miyako, aggressively pursuing her. Despite her initial reluctance, Miyako gradually falls for Mishima. Soon after, her behavior becomes increasingly strange. Sensing something amiss, Anzai orders his men to investigate Miyako’s actions, leading to unexpected revelations...

Anzai Takashi (Koichi Iwaki), the leader of the Anzai-gumi, enjoys poker at the Kishochokai’s underground casino. Meanwhile, a heated poker duel unfolds between female gambler Himiko (Sayaka Tsuruta) and university student Kota Katori (Shota Haruta). Kota loses, wiping out ¥2 million. Tokunaga (Masami Tate), a half-gangster, schemes to clear his ¥5 million debt by using Kota in a rigged game but gets caught, increasing his debt to ¥7 million. The next day, Tokunaga disappears, leaving Kota to shoulder the debt. Desperate, Kota’s girlfriend, Anna (Mari Yamaji), returns to her family home and explains the situation to her mother, Reiko. Seeking help, Reiko turns to her husband, who is none other than Kawabe Akira (Yoshiyuki Yamaguchi), the Anzai-gumi’s second-in-command.
