The story begins when the Lupinrangers, Kairi, Touma, and Umika, are kidnapped by someone mysterious. And why did the 12 Kyurangers return to space?

With Shou presumably dead, and the Earth being threatened by a new villain, the remaining 11 Kyurangers must travel across the Cerberus System for the means to stop the mysterious Geth Indaver from destroying the entire planet.
