This fast paced farce begins with an apparently innocuous request from a village elder to take a recently deceased man to his home village for proper burial. Salim, the simple village man on which this request is bestowed, is afraid of death and by extension dead people, but he reluctantly agrees to take the dead man in his truck in order to incur good-will.

Ali Kemal and Niko were childhood friends during the years when Anatolia was under occupation. One day, Niko comes to Ali Kemal with the news of the National Anthem. He tries to persuade Ali Kemal to participate in the competition. But Ali Kemal's plan is different.

Aunt Ülfet, who is known for arranging marriages, is consumed with longing for her only son, Oğuz. Aunt Ülfet, who has even arranged marriages for birds flying in the neighborhood, has a major rival in Firdevs. Ülfet has also arranged a marriage for Firdevs' son, but Firdevs is dissatisfied with her son's marriage. However, Oğuz has come back the same way he left Russia. Therefore, a fierce intelligence war has begun between Ülfet's supporters and Firdevs' supporters in the neighborhood. Oğuz, who divides the neighborhood, does not have a single heart.

The paths of the three fugitives often cross. Selamet, who has two days left before his release from prison, and his cellmate Sansar, who is serving a life sentence, are fellow travelers on the same road. The transport vehicle taking Sansar to Sivas Closed Prison will also drop Selamet off at his hometown. There is another traveler coming from the opposite direction on this road: Goril Behlül. After their vehicles collide, they will experience a series of adventurous and comical events.

It is the beginning of the 17th century. As the prince, who is certain to become sultan in the future, sets out for the province of Saruhan, a murder is committed in Saruhan. Yusuf, the son of Salih Ağa, one of Saruhan's important figures, is killed in an inn. The judge of Saruhan assigns Selim, a clerk he knows from Istanbul, to solve this murder. Selim's appointment to this task, which led to the execution of the Janissary commander Bekir in Istanbul, does not please the Janissary commander Arif, but he does not have the power to prevent it. On the other hand, the prince and Deli İzzet Pasha, who accompanied him, must solve the murder before arriving in Saruhan.
