It displays constant efforts of a four-member family to respond to the numerous challenges of urban modern life, at the same time showing the tendency of the younger members to find the solution to everything in a calmer rural environment.

Radašin and Milašin are brothers but they don't talk with each other. Both of them got letters inviting them on mysterious journey from their village to Belgrade, capital of Serbia. Each one has an amusing path that leads to one place, but their family won't let them fulfill their destiny alone in the end.

Set in a restaurant, this is a New Year’s Eve special involving characters from the TV series “Selo gori a baba se češlja”, and who are going to celebrate there.

It's story about family and religion, sons and fathers, about the secrets everyone knows. The film is made of third season of popular Serbian TV series "Selo gori, a baba se češlja".

Men, women, and war. Jelena Panic is a young woman in Belgrade in the early 1990s, during Serbia's war with Croatia; she's making a book of her grandmother's diaries from the end of World War II. She takes up with Bogdan, a young soldier recovering from war wounds. He helps her with her grandmother's story, a tragic triangle involving her effete and well-educated husband and an uneducated major, a Chekist who has, perhaps, the power to save a political prisoner who is the grandmother's friend. As Jelena wonders which man was her grandfather (the Chekist or the husband), Bogdan recovers from his wounds and must decide whether to return to the front. Jelena pleads; duty calls.

Black ant Ameisen, the infantry ant, got mixed up in war and love turmoils. He's an experienced military slacker who does not respect strict military standards, but performs each task successfully. Red ants, headed by their clumsy general, are on the war path with black ants. Unfortunately for both sides, war happened because of a jar of moldy marmalade.

A man who works in a travel agency sees his chance to quit his job and do nothing for a while after his wife found a job, but now all the kitchen work is up to him.

This time Sekula does not have any problems with women but is accused of stealing electricity.

The cops Boki and Pajko try to catch the arms smugglers. Their commander claims that the smugglers are women who have AIDS, which only makes their quest even more difficult.

After so much unrequited love and so many failed marriages, yet with the heaps of children he's left with, Sekula decides to change his life and get serious, but it seems that it's too late for that, and the temptations keep growing...
