The film revolves around the story of a man named Ali who makes a living selling home-grown vegetables and his family. Ali’s parents have passed away. He lives with his grandfather Tahir and his brother Cemil. Tales of Ali’s womanizing stories are the talk of the town as he impresses girls with his smooth voice. Naim is a famous painter. Naim Bey is working on a painting he has named "Wonderful Woman." However, his wife Leman is bored. The owner of the mansion, famous writer Bülent, arrives at the house.

Zeki is a poor young man who struggles to care for his sick mother. He works constantly to buy his mother's medicine. His gambling-addicted and alcoholic brother, however, does not help him at all. Zeki, who acts like a wealthy businessman, and Leyla grow close quickly. However, Zeki’s secret—that he fell in love with Leyla while trying to help his mother—will eventually come to light.
