Kaushik, a timid medical student, finds himself battling not only his inner demons but also a sinister entity named Ghatikachalam that whispers through shadows and feeds on his fears. As his nights turn sleepless and his grip on reality begins to shatter, his family resorts to ancient spiritual rites to save him from a force far beyond their understanding.

Mahesh (Srikanth) is a sincere and honest police officer. He loses his kids and his wife gets paralyzed as few politicians who don’t like his sincerity harm his family. Mahesh changes his appearance and name to join the gang to politicians to become one. The rest of the story is all about how he makes people realize that there is some fault in the system.

When his wife dies in childbirth, Raghu marries again, but relations with wife #2 are strained as he finds it hard to move on from his first love. Unlike Raghu, however, the guys next door are more than aware of the second wife's charms.

A psychological thriller deals with the importance of protecting family values, and propagates the primacy of women in our lives.
