Anna Iasonidou

The young orphan Aliki is entrusted by her grandfather to the care of a wealthy childless couple. Several years later, Aliki falls in love with the waiter at a nightclub, who is also a medical student. One of nine sons, Konstantis, convinces his mother to arrange the marriage of his only sister, Areti, to a stranger and swears on the Bible that he will go himself and fetch her if she is ever needed.
