A small, out-of-the-way izakaya in Tokyo has become the favorite hangout of people searching for nourishment for their bodies and their souls. The proprietor of Izakaya Moheji is Heiji. It is a place where regulars and strangers alike can find comfort and comfort food.

Two high school girls graduate and one of them goes off to a rural town to join an underground dance troupe. The other decides to visit and she stays with a troubled family.

Rena and Yuko, the two sexually-adventurous high school girl friends from Pink Tush Girl (1978) get part-time jobs at a hostess bar in order to earn money for an abortion for Yuko. At the end of the school year the two must part as Yuko prepares to depart for acting school in Hokkaido, and Rena gets ready for college.

Yuko's boyfriend dumps her just after they have her first sexual experience, so she runs away from her Tokyo home to the western coast of Japan in order to straighten out her feelings. Following behind her on her journey is her friend Rena, who is trying to track Yuko down and find out if she is all right. As Rena traces Yuko's steps, always missing her by a day or two, she discovers that her friend has decided to drop her inhibitions and begin enjoying herself with every man she encounters.
