Kollura Sri Mookambika (Kannada: ಕೊಲ್ಲೂರ ಶ್ರೀ ಮೂಕಾಂಬಿಕಾ) is a 1993 Indian Kannada mythological - devotional film, directed and produced by Renuka Sharma.[1] Chi. Udaya Shankar has written the story and screenplay and Pughalendi Mahadevan has scored the music. The film stars Sridhar, Bhavya and Vajramuni in the lead roles. The film is centered on the Goddess Mookambika.

A singer falls in love with a girl at a party, not knowing that she is the one who is writing him anonymous love letters. However, their lives turn upside down when he is diagnosed with blood cancer.

The film is a revenge drama of a woman, played by Vaishnavi, who is killed by her in-laws mercilessly and her spirit entering into a doll. The doll takes up the revenge against each of them who was involved in her murder. The film was a remake of Tamil film Vaa Arugil Vaa (1991) which itself was loosely inspired from 1988 American film Child's Play. The film's music was composed by Rajan-Nagendra and cinematography is by D. V. Ramana.

The film is based on a Kannada novel Vyapthi Prapthi written by Vishalakshi Dakshinamurthy. Jeevana Chaitra tracks the life and times of Vishwanath, from his youth, through the days of his jodi inamathi when he becomes Jodidar Vishwanatha Raya to his end.
