International terrorist Zorik Babayan, who leads the ethnic cleansing operations against Azerbaijanis in Karabakh, receives an assignment from the Armenian state to kill the head of state of Azerbaijan. Despite the operative operations, Zorik Babayan manages to come to Baku. In addition, a group of traitors is trying to prevent the neutralization of the terrorist.
