"Loneliness" - 11-year-old Rose feels unnecessary in her own family, misunderstood and unloved. Rose, her mother, her stepfather and her little stepsister are enclosed within the walls of a small apartment in a high-rise building. But one night, the anger that has accumulated in the soul of a girl spills out.

Farmer Marie is in arrears with the loan payments to her bank. At first she does not care that much. But then the attractive banker Philipp should check the profitability of the farm. He has already promised the country to a solvent client. But as befits a true-to-life romantic comedy, after all, everything is different than expected.

Likeable but lonely Finn is on his way to lunch. The outside world is already lurking menacingly, because his imagination is teeming with supposed scammers, sluts and criminals! What was supposed to be just an everyday walk turns out to be an odyssey. A confusing fight against the world and against oneself begins. And in the end, the loser wins...

Florian is a successful up and coming architect. However, when the firm goes bust, his life changes drastically. He has to take a job in a pizza place and move to a cheap and run down area of town. But not all is bad. He also learns that there's more to life than money and a professional career.

He is pretty much against everything and launches a rigorous anti-drug campaign that turns out to be a flop. His party no longer wants him and his wife even less so. He has also been diagnosed with glaucoma. The man is slowly going blind. A visit to the doctor reveals that cannabis, of all things, has a healing effect and could fight the disease. But a federal councillor and cannabis don't mix. Nevertheless, it is the only way for Mumenthaler to avoid complete blindness and keep his hopes of an operation alive.
