
Ngọc Thủy (c. 1940 – 14 February 2004) was a Vietnamese actor who worked mainly in theater and television. In 1986, for the production of Lịch sử và nhân chứng [History and the witness] by Hoài Giao, he became the first actor to play the role of Hồ Chí Minh.
