Dinesh, our hero, is shocked to discover that Kanchan, a girl student is suffering from Syphilis and she has reached an incurable stage. And above that he is stunned to watch her own mother die of VD. He takes a vow that he would join a medical college, qualify himself as a doctor and dedicate himself for the cause of eradication of sex ignorance. But his father, Seth Jamna Prasad would not agree. There follows a tussle between the father and the son and Dinesh has to bid goodbye to his home for ever. He stands on his own legs, joins one Medical College, learns different lectures on all varied sex subjects, from Reproductive Organs to Development of Foetus. He also goes abroad for studying Psycho-Somatic treatment. Eventually, he establishes his own sex clinic and earns high repute in a short time, by treating all kinds of sexual abnormalities successfully.

After a jeweler is murdered, and a case full of diamonds that belonged to the dead man disappears, his daughter (Jaymala) becomes a trapeze artist and discovers, to her horror, that an unknown killer is stalking the grounds of the circus she is working at.

India-based Scientist, Dr. Sharma, gains international recognition when he surgically transforms a couple in their sixties to their twenties. Another Scientist, Dr. Chang, based in Rome, Italy, who has also perfected a formula for the human brain, wants Dr. Sharma to assist him in making the perfect human so that a master race can be formed to rule Earth. When Dr. Sharma refuses to co-operate, he is abducted and held by Dr. Chang and his gang. The Indian Secret Service assigns this case to Agents XX7 and 005, namely Rajesh and Bulbul respectively, who are assisted by Dr. Sharma's daughter, Kamini. The trio travel to Italy, unaware that they await a fate of unbelievable pain in Dr. Chang's torture chamber & an army of women in bathing suits that is waiting to pull Kamini apart. Dr. Sharma will be given a choice - either co-operate or risk losing Kamini's life.

A robber steals the money from a bank heists from his accomplices. He hides at his sister’s place but gets murdered. She soon is lured to a resort called the Rainbow Hotel where the other gang members also are. Soon one after another they are murdered.
