Two friends, Mireček and Vilém, make a living growing weed and receive an offer they can't refuse: to sell their entire stock of weed in one night. But when they close the deal with a dangerous Bulgarian and his right-hand man, they discover that someone has robbed their grow house. They have a few hours to save not only the deal of the year, but also their own little fingers.

The film tells the story of an entrepreneur who, after going bankrupt, leaves the city to join his father in the countryside. His father is a guide dog trainer, and it is there that he meets a puppy named Alma. Marie, a piano student, loses her sight, gets a guide dog, and thus also meets Alma. The dog then connects the lives of these two people who have lost something (sight or business success) and soon get a chance to find something else.

This unofficial Czech remake of Alexander Payne's blockbuster seriocomedy Sideways (2004) concerns Jirka and Honza, two friends who check in as complete opposites on every level; Honza is a polished urbanite, Jirka a nickel-and-dime crook with a flair for wooing women. The life story of Blessed Zdislava of Lemberk, about whom legends rather than sparse historical references tell us that she was a deeply religious woman with healing powers who devoted herself entirely to the humble service of her sick and suffering neighbors.
