The movie tells about the fates of doctors in Belarus, their difficult profession, relationships in the profession and in the family. And make their choice, guided by civic position and the desire to develop domestic medicine not only at its own level, but also at the international level - sharing their successes and professional achievements with colleagues from other countries. In the center of the story, a doctor Oleg Korzun works in one of the medical institutions of Belarus and is going to go to work in Germany. However, Oleg's plans change when he receives a patient who needs a heart and lung transplant at the same time.

With the help of Rumba Fedor discovers a mined section of the road and warns about it senior in rank - junior lieutenant Svetlana. But the girl, carried away by flirtation with the lieutenant colonel, forgets to block the road, and a Soviet tank explodes on the mine. Fyodor, in love with Svetlana, takes the blame...

The movie is set in Belarus, where a team of counter-intelligence officers is given only three days to find a German radio operator posing as a Soviet soldier, behind soviet lines, on the eve of a major offensive.
