
小片リサ (Ogata Risa) is a Japanese pop singer. She was formerly under Hello! Project as a member and sub-leader of Tsubaki Factory. Prior to joining Hello! Project as a member of Hello Pro Kenshuusei in November 2014, she was a member of NICE GIRL Project! Kenshuusei under NICE GIRL Project!. As of June 2021 she is part of M-line club.
