Kharkiv, the 1930s. The heyday of Ukrainian art. Ambitious young poet Vladimir Akimov happily settles in at the new luxury "Slovo" House built specifically for artists. He comes from the provinces and works as a proof-reader in a printing press, and has never even dreamed of living under one roof with prominent Ukrainian writers and artists. He thinks his own poetry is genius, but nobody takes his literary efforts seriously, not to mention the occasional chuckles over his epigone poems. But fate smiles at him. The head of the political intelligence agency suggests that he become the author of a play written earlier. Akimov agrees, signing a non- disclosure note. The poet has no idea what price he will pay for this success. “‘Slovo’ House” is a story about a generation of Ukrainian artists persecuted by the totalitarian system, unfolding against the backdrop of one of the largest genocides of the 20th century: the Holodomor, which caused the death of almost 7 million people.

This is the story of a UFO encounter that occurred during isolation in 2020. The film was shot during the quarantine. All the participants of this production were self-isolated and communicated with the director online. 67 actors took part in the film in 76 locations in Kyiv and Kyiv region, Odesa, Ternopil, Zaporizhia, Bohuslav and Vilnius.

Anna is a criminal journalist and is fully committed to her career. The editor-in-chief of the magazine Sergey, with whom Anna lives in a civil marriage, makes her an offer to marry him. Anna happily agrees. But life makes adjustments to these plans. Suddenly, Anna is responsible for the daughter of the deceased friend Ksyusha. Anna is looking for Maxim - the brother of the late Toma and her former love.

The film is set in the 1960s, in a remote provincial town. Ivan is a model worker, a lathe operator at a factory, raising his son Alexei alone. Problems arise in the family: Ivan's beloved wife has a huge debt and faces prison. And Alexei is humiliated by hooligans in front of his beloved girlfriend. His father finds an unusual way out of these situations: he makes a gun himself (so that Leshka can take revenge on the hooligans), then goes with his son to rob a cafe to help Masha cover the shortfall. Gradually, Alexei gets a taste for it; he likes having power over people and commits his first murder. Suddenly, Ivan realizes that he has raised a killer with his own hands.
