Lawyer Shindo Kai is an undefeated ace, also working as a hitman who punishes criminals exploiting legal loopholes. While secretly serving justice, he hides his true identity as the illegitimate son of Gondo Heihachiro, a yakuza boss. When Gondo's group is attacked by the rising Mayhem gang, Kai, having recently lost a case due to sabotaged evidence, investigates the betrayal. His pursuit of the truth leads to a bloody reckoning.

Starring Ikkei Watanabe "Suspect X", the film won Yubari International Fantastic Film Festival's Audience Award, whose last year's winner was a smash hit zombie film "One Cut of the Dead".

Detective Nobuhiko Kamamoto is a detective with the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, armed with keen interviewing skills and the ability to read people's personalities. But his personal life is in shambles and he must find a way to juggle problems at home while also handling multiple complicated investigations.
