Chan Wing-Chun (Chinese: 陳榮峻 ) is a Hong Kong actor. He first joined Asia Television Limited under the name Chan Wing-Kei (陳榮基). In 1984, he complete the TVB acting training courses, and has since worked for the network.

The movie mainly tells the story of Er Lengzi and Xiao Wu coaxing Da Cong to take them to go abroad for fun, and encountering Dongxing Kun in the process of looking for boxes to trade, and frequent coincidences and oolong incidents.
