This will allow him to spend as much time as he wants with his wife and three children. When an old acquaintance enters his life, he will have to make a change to his plans. Tahir Kara is a chemist who has been working with the drug cartel for some time. The mafia responds to his decision to return to an honest life by killing his daughter. The case is assigned to his old friend, Commissioner Cemil. However, Tahir, who wants to protect his other daughter, is forced to keep the police out of the matter.

The film tells the story of a man who flees abroad and his relationship with a foreign woman. The man is in prison for a thought crime. The man's sole purpose in escaping from prison is to leave the country. With the help of a friend, he goes to France to stay with his brother. There, he meets a woman named Michelle, who is going through personal difficulties. Despite the language barrier, the two quickly fall in love. Meanwhile, the man applies for asylum in France. However, when his application is rejected, he leaves France and returns to Turkey. Michelle, who refuses to give up on her lover, decides to follow him to Turkey.

Based on real events, this story traces a young district governor’s moral awakening as he confronts a powerful landowner in rural Adana. What begins as a routine bureaucratic act soon turns into a struggle to shield villagers from exploitation, greed, and the threat of malaria.
