Pilar and Isabel. Mario and Jaime. Two mothers. Two children. A new family unit. A new normal. Well, at least that is what Pilar and Isabel hope will happen during their week-long vacation in a rural house: that their respective 13-year-old children will be able to understand their relationship, their love, and that they will be able to connect and accept each other as what they should be: siblings. NEY narrates in first person the trip that Nicholas Avruj made in the year 2000. The original itinerary consisted of a family vacation to Tel Aviv, but for a mixture of adventures and curiosity the director crossed to Gaza and West Bank.

When Cain discovers that Abel has left a neighbor neighbor pregnant, daughter of immigrants from Bangladesh and Muslim religion, decides to pass for the father of the child and take responsibility for what will be his new family.

Following the rules of a strange game, Martin, a young handsome man in his 20s, arrives to a mysterious hotel lost in a deep forest. There he awaits to find his brother, in their weird cat-and-mouse game all over the country.

A movie script is presented to Isabel. After reading it she realizes it's based on an old love affair she had with movie director Mario Fabra, the author of the script.
