The first collaboration between GEKIDAN☆SHINKANSEN and the Takarazuka Revue, we invite you to the unveiling of a masterpiece of ultimate entertainment performed by Star Troupe, led by Makoto Rei. “When Asura awakes, an indestructible fortress will appear in the upside-down sky. The story centers on Prime Minister Keisuke Kuroda, who has been called the worst prime minister in history. One day, while giving an endorsement speech for an election candidate from his party, Kuroda is hit in the head by a rock thrown at him. He survives but loses his memory. His memories after becoming a politician are completely erased. Unable to remember himself, his wife Satoko, his family, and the people around him, Kuroda is not only confused but also terrified. If news of the unprecedented event of the current prime minister suffering from amnesia were to leak out, the political world would be thrown into chaos! Despite Kuroda’s fears, his secretaries, led by Isaka, treat the situation as top secret and push him to continue carrying out his official duties.

"Rusudan of the Twilight Kingdom" is a dramatic historical romance written by Yo Namiki, set in thirteenth-century Georgia (formerly Gruziya). The novel that was broadcast as an audio drama on NHK in 2017 and received outstanding reviews will be adapted into a romantic musical by Takarazuka Revue Company.

Uprisings by citizens burdened by excessive taxes are a common occurrence throughout the country. Ronan's father was shot to death by officers and his farmland taken away. He makes a desperate vow to take revenge for his father and to have his property returned. Leaving his hometown and heading for Paris, he encounters the young revolutionaries Desmoulins and Robespierre at their stronghold of Palais Royal. Having come into contact with their ideology, he now starts to put his hopes on the coming of a new era.

JAGUAR BEAT is a story-based show that endeavors to add something fresh to the Takarazuka traditions. It depicts the life of the half-human, half-beast JAGUAR and the way he found love. Born in the jungle on an unnamed planet, JAGUAR falls for the beautiful CRYSTAL BIRD. Beckoned by her, he sets off on a journey into a mysterious world… This Mega Fantasy featuring powerful beats will showcase the many talents of Rei Makoto and the other members of Star Troupe.

Edmond Dantes, a young sailor from Marseille, is being dragged in chains to the Chateau d'If, a state prison. He protests his innocence, but the jailors laugh and torment him before locking him up in solitary confinement. A few short hours before, Dantes had returned to Marseille from a voyage at sea and been reunited with his fiancée, Mercedes. Her father, Pierre Morrel, promoted Dantes to captain as a wedding gift to the couple. Into the middle of this celebration came the soldiers to arrest Dantes. He is sure he has done nothing that is against the law, and promises Mercedes he will return soon. Then abruptly we realize that the story is being narrated by a bunch of high school kids, who are studying the book "The Count of Monte Cristo" in order to do a play. In their squabblings about dramatic interpretation, the kids summarize the more complicated parts of the story.

The theme of this revue is a traditional Spanish festival, featuring enchanting Spanish dances and famous songs written about Spain.
