At the end of summer, a young couple, Eric and Anna, make the drastic decision to run away from home and embark on a road trip with no clear destination. What initially seems like a liberating journey soon becomes an oppressive experience.

The heroine, a young archaeology student, whose relationship with herself, and with those around her, is forever marked by a traumatic event. Initially, Gaia cannot find the words to describe her situation, let alone the courage to speak about it. Eventually, however – like an archaeological excavation – she begins to uncover fragments of the past in order to piece her life together.

After his first breakup, Marc, a film student, goes with Laia on a trip to the south of France to see if he can get over his ex. The emotions appear but Marc feels at a standstill.

Two flies fly into separate rooms and, like tiny gods choosing their prophet, land on two characters who will later meet to build a unique symbiosis that helps them survive in the relentless urban jungle. Between the most languid naturalism and a rigorous surrealism, this highly personal debut doesn't hide its fondness for Roy Andersson or the lyrical power of caricature.
