The organization was the one that developed a mysterious poison APTX (Apotoxin) 4869, the drug that turned Shinichi Kudo into a little boy! However, when Sherry realizes that the Black Organization has murdered her sister Akemi, she betrays the Black Organization and decides to take APTX4869. The drug turns her into a little girl, and she decides to call herself Ai Haibara in order to hide from the Black Organization. Yet slowly but surely, the Black Organization begins to cast its shadow over her.

Many engineers from around the world gather at the Interpol marine facility "Pacific Buoy" on Hachijo-jima, in the sea south of central Tokyo Prefecture coast, to witness the launch of a new system that connects all law enforcement camera systems around the world and enables facial recognition worldwide. Perturbed, Conan sneaks onto the police ship led by Kuroda, which is bringing them to the island to protect the completion work, and tours the new facility, just in time for the Black Organization to kidnap a female engineer, seeking a piece of important data in her USB drive. A terrifying howl of screws is heard from the ocean as an unknown person approaches Haibara.

Final episode of Keisatsu Gakkou-hen Wild Police Story that aired between episodes 1076 and 1077 of Detective Conan as a special. While Furuya was getting ready in his room, Morofushi, who was about to leave, came to him. As they were talking, Matsuda joined them and they decided to go out to a convenience store. Hagiwara and Date greet them with a look of dismay as the three of them take it easy before an important ceremony. Today, the graduation ceremony of the police academy where Furuya, Matsuda, Hagiwara, Date, and Morofushi spent their time, was celebrated with many fond memories.
