On the occasion of the 20th birthday of the Dumaszínház, the cream of Hungarian stand-up comedy came together to celebrate the anniversary with a grand gala. The special performance _ which took place on 25 November in the MVM Dome _ will be broadcast exclusively on VIASAT3 on 1 January, to start the year in a guaranteed good mood. Among others, comedians such as Sándor Badár, László Hadházi, Péter Janklovics, Ádám Kiss, Péter András Kovács, Zoltán Kőhalmi and Eszter Ráskó will provide moments of laughter.

The director, with his usual bittersweet style, began to present a slice of the regime change, using the original diary of the Petőfi Socialist Brigade in Szentes. The film focuses on community cohesion, survival and creative solutions in the era of the deficit economy and socialist planned economy, aiming to not only delve into the past, but also to appeal to the younger generation with its humour and to show them the sometimes burlesque-like everyday life of the 1970s and 1980s.

Showder Klub presents its all-night standup special series starring Sándor Badár. An improvisational comedian and character actor who, as a member of the comedy mafia in Szentes, is accused of constant joking around in a punchline organisation. His career has always been greatly influenced by his relationship with animals and travel from Bamako to Japan. Nowadays he speaks Badari professionally and does not complain. He resists foreign languages, even though he has already completed an Italian teleshop language school. In view of the international situation, he has not been left untouched by the confinement, like millions of our fellow human beings. But, as a Sentencer, he overcame this extraordinary situation by a clever move from the lowlands. How?
