Miraculously surviving, their firsthand memories document the mechanisms and daily realities of Nazi terror. The film interweaves these testimonies with 2D animations situating time and place, and features international artists (e.g., Iris Berben, Konstantin Wecker) who interpret moments of suffering through contemporary performance and music.
